🌿 What Are Preservatives, Really?
Preservatives are synthetic chemicals added to food to slow down spoilage. Common ones include:
Sodium benzoate

🌞 Sun
Sun-drying is our favorite method of pre-preservation. It concentrates flavor and reduces moisture naturally.
🌿 Spices
Ingredients like turmeric, hing, methi seeds, and kalonji have powerful anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that extend shelf life.
🧪 But Doesn’t That Mean Shorter Shelf Life?
Yes—and we’re proud of that.Unlike commercial jars that sit on shelves for years, our pickles are:

Stored naturally (without refrigeration for oil-based pickles)
